I would definitely recommend another hotel in the area.

the facility is huge, it's easy to get lost on the first day, staff help you bring your luggage to the door.

The definite minutes are the lack of a kettle, no coffee or tea in the room, we couldn't ask for an iron..z

Wonderful

The hotel’s facilities are a bit outdated, but everything was functional. The heated pool in February was a great bonus. Excellent food selection, including fish and vegetarian options.

Great for couple of days

Close to the beach and some bars and shops great view

No tea and coffee facilities in the room, some apartments are quite a walk from the hotel facilities with only some having lifts lots of stairs not helping those with mobility problems

Not for us

Not for us, can't say there was anything wrong with the place other than it's a really big complex and very in-personable. Only stayed 1 night which was enough. Location is too far out on the edge of Morro Jable - you need a taxi into the livelier end, don't know why some reviews say restaurants and bars close by - they must mean the one bar and burger king in the block below the complex. Breakfast was a good selection but a chaotic experience as too busy. Beds are super comfy.

Good location for beach goers and runners

Really good location if you want to stay close to the beach and the promenade for walking, running or cycling. There’s a supermarket nearby and some shops. Good selection of foods at breakfast and dinner.

A bit dated interior of the apartments and in need of newer bedding and bathroom towels.

Great hotel, amazing vacation

It had everything you need. The food was very good and diverse. Every day, for lunch and dinner they changed the options. Amazing staff! It was a pleasure to stay here and the rooms are very quiet, you do not hear the neighbours at all which is amazing - we slept like babies. We would come back! Thank you

The furniture is a little old, but the room was very clean and they really try to acommodate the guests well. It didn’t bother us, to be honest, it was only the first impression.

Great location, shame about the hotel.

Location was good close to the sea and local town which had numerous restaurants and shops. New Years Eve meal was exceptional, though this was one day out of a 10 night stay. Room was good. Free parking on street outside hotel grounds

Food was limited, with breakfast staying the same menu each day. Therefore limited variety, if you do not pork. Evening meal was also limited. Was advertised as Adults Only. Though thus was not the case. A select area was Adult only. Though this was not the area I was given - this was an additional cost. Entertainment was geared for children mainly. Towel policy for sun loungers was not explained at check-in so went without initially. Internet was awful. Intermittent around the pool, and communal areas and non existent in the room. Birds would eat your buffet breakfast as you got up to get a coffee- outside seating area. Additional charge for safe and parking was not expected or acceptable.

Very spacous, comfortable room, food very good with plenty of choice. A very enjoyable stay.

The hotel was very well landscaped on several different levels. The facilities were very good.

The pools were very cold. Heated pools (or at least one) should be standard for a 4 star hotel.

Good location

Food was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful, location is really good, close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Hotel is far from the airport if shuttle service cancel your booking like mine, taxi is expensive and cost 105£. Beaches are beautiful and it’s not that far from Cofete.

Happy holiday

A resort with everything you need, very welcoming staff, everyone works to make you feel wonderful. Excellent food, cleanliness, quiet, nice evenings sprint with drinks at bars, live music, dancing…near the beach and quite close to the Morro Jable. The bus stop is in front of the hotel. Thank you for everything, we will be back!

We enjoyed our short stay and would return.

Booked half board and food was very good. For a large Hotel everything went very well with no major issues. Drink prices were reasonable.

Too far to walk to the town. Evening entertainment limited. Would benefit with some upgrading.

Very nice swimming poll area, one heated pool, friendly staff. Nice view from the room, you can see ocean

Very huge complex with a lot of people, almost all breakfast and dinner are the same so after 2 days you do not know that to eat. In the rooms no any equipment to make a tea or any other drink. Parking in the street near hotel

Large room and helpful staff

Soundproofing between the rooms was not good. I’m not sure if all the rooms have interconnecting doors, but this really meant that you could hear everything in the next room. It would be good to be made aware of this and perhaps given the choice

Overall enjoyed the stay, but not the best quality

Friendly staff. Big enclosed hotel area, with snack bar open all day (with small sandwiches, hot/cold drinks, deserts). Separate area for Occidental+ members.

Pretty much everyday we've seen pigeons in the main restaurant, eating bread from the baskets (staff didn't seen to be bothered with that). Very average food quality in the main restaurant. Very cold water in the pools. Hotel in overall is a little bit rundown, not terribly, but you can notice it everywhere, even all the equipment in the room, chipped toilet, sheet beds with holes, broken tiles, etc.

Relaxing, easy, comfortable, quite busy

The pool area is really nice, beautiful gardens, lovely balcony, nice and clean rooms. Water in the room every day was perfect. Extremely polite and friendly staff

The bed was a little hard for my liking. I didn't get the info I needed to get a table for the dinner on New Year's Eve (you needed a ticket but I wasn't told this when I checked in very hungry that evening!) For me, the food at dinner was a little disappointing - it looked lovely but a lot of didn't taste so nice (extremely salty) and the buffet was very repetitive.

Nice rooms, friendly staff and great facilities

No coffee machine or kettle in rooms and the only coffee machine are located in the main part of the hotel which can be far away from some rooms. Quiet location, about 10mins drive to Morro Jable.

If I am in jandia again, I would want to stay here.

The staff were excellent

It is very difficult to keep food hot for that number of people eating at the same time, but hot plates are very important, and should always be available.
